|
Thanks for joining us for Lean into a Community Conversation on Race which was held Thursday, March 25, 2021. Future events are being planned. Want to get on our mailing list? Contact us!
Let's continue to build community! Below are several opportunities to get involved.
LearningUNDIVIDED - UNDIVIDED is a racial solidarity movement. It is a 6-week experience where a select group will gather together in diverse groups to have meaningful conversations about race and racial injustice. Learn more about UNDIVIDED.
Live the Dream and Cornerstone Church are partnering to bring UNDIVIDED to our community. Sessions will be held Sundays from 6-8 pm, April 18-May 23. Please contact Linda Brown by April 7 if you are interested in participating. Each session will take place virtually, and you will receive more information once you are officially registered. In order for everyone to have an optimal Zoom experience, UNDIVIDED has a maximum capacity of 24 participants. Once that number has been reached, more people will not be able to added based on the format of the group. Don't worry if you are unable to attend this group of sessions. It is our hope to bring UNDIVIDED to the community again in the near future. |

RASKALS - Random Acts of Simple Kindness Affecting Local Seniors (RASKALS) is a community-wide service program matching local senior citizens with volunteer teams to complete simple yard clean-up and outdoor home chores. The RASKALS program is volunteer driven and coordinated through West Chester Township.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, RASKALS will look a little different this spring. Instead of a single event day, volunteers can choose anytime from mid-April to mid-May to help local seniors. Please register by Friday, April 16. Learn more and register HERE. |
Live the Dream Planning Committee - The Live the Dream planning committee is responsible for coordinating the annual MLK day events (Unity March, program, student contest, and community lunch) and events to build racial understanding in West Chester and Liberty Townships. New committee members are always welcome! Contact us HERE.
